What is ginger?


For our Ginger, we have chosen an endemic Blue Ginger from Madagascar. It gets its name from the color it takes on when oxidizing in the open air. After distillation of its rhizome, a very zesty, lemony, and slightly rosy essence is obtained. With over 400 active ingredients in its composition, the healing, digestive, and aphrodisiac properties of ginger have been demonstrated for centuries; it is a true 'universal medicine.
