When you sell directly, you are responsible for web site management and all the expenses that go along with it : after sales service, customer services, site maintenance, sales and marketing costs, etc. Your strategy would therefore be focused mainly on customer relations and on negotiating with your trading partners. These steps, so necessary to keep up the momentum of your business and eventually to build up a loyal client base, can be time consuming and costly.

Our business on the Marketplace is simply to help you to develop your client base and win their loyalty by giving you access to a critical mass of buyers who are ready to do business. We make a threefold promise to our vendors : to help each vendor stand out, to define their objectives, and to become a leading player on the platform. In order to give you the full CXMP experience of doing business with the very best buyers, and to stay in line with our commitments to our brand and to excellence, we need to carry out identity checks. KYC is the process of verifying the identity of a company which engages in commercial transactions with another party. Because of these checks, we can prevent any risks which may occur, such as fraud, money laundering, identity theft, etc.

We ask you to supply some information about your business activity, under «KYC». Once you have filled in the form, it will be sent back to us and we will proceed to verification. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you.

If you are approved, you will automatically be certified and informed.

If you are declined, you will automatically be notified. You will be able to make changes to your information and send it back to us in order to try again.

You alone are responsible for promoting your store. Fill in your profile information in full, in order to guarantee the visibility of your brand. However, if you have a question relating to the tabs on your vendor interface, please contact our Customer Services at or on 09 70 84 51 28. You will always have our assistance with your account, and personalized support to help you step by step.

Once you have been certified by the platform you can start to do business with our buyers. Equally, the buyers have the right to accept or decline your requests.

Buyers will be able to access your catalog in accordance with the settings you have chosen on your interface.

Orders happen instantly, whereas quotes are agreements that you choose either to grant or not. CXMP is a place that favorizes exchanges and connections between its members. If you are a beginner on the platform, take the time to familiarize yourself with the interface and to get to know the members. When a buyer sends an order or a quote, you will automatically be notified by the bell shaped icon in the top right hand corner of your interface. From then on, you will be able to access and review all requests, to respond to any comments from buyers and send them messages from your mailbox, and finally to accept or decline a quote or an order.

Only professionals who are registered on the platform can buy on CXMP.

We are currently working on the principle of « one leg in Europe ». In other words, for every transaction, one party should be based in the EEA. If a vendor outside of Europe wants to sell to an EEA buyer, that is certainly possible. All our vendors are international ; consequently, you can do business in any country insofar as the trading space remains European . On the other hand, if you are an international buyer or vendor (that is, outside the EEA) you will not be able to do business with companies outside the EEA.

Because the French Overseas Territories are territories of France, you can register and do business on the platform. However, please make sure you are aware of the customs charges which apply to overseas regions, namely, dock dues.
