Gourmet Selection is the only curiosity shop in the delicatessen sector. Over the course of 2 days, 340 passionate exhibitors present their rare and precious gourmet products to 4,300 epicurean buyers from specialist retailers such as delicatessens, department stores' corners, hotels, restaurants, chocolate shops and tea rooms. Gourmet Selection is also about sharing gourmet experiences: the Best Of competition and its selection of fine and innovative products, the Quintessences awards for the most daring merchandising initiatives, the Agora of experts and its informed conferences and L'épicerie de Gourmet, a temporary grocery shop specially created to help you plan your future projects: setting up your own outlet, expansion project.
