Veggie spread based on local oyster mushrooms. Tastes like surimi crab, but contains no crab or fish. The oyster mushrooms provide a delicious portion of umami. Full and recognizable in taste, but so much better for the planet. Sustainable and tasty. Convenience in a cup.
