VEGAN CURRY HAWAÏ SALAD

Vegetable spread based on local oyster mushrooms. Tastes like Curry Chicken, but contains no meat and is vegan. The oyster mushrooms provide a delicious portion of umami. Creamy in structure and very recognizable in taste, finished to perfection and so much better for the planet.
