BEQUEST "GOLD" EARLY HARVEST EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 250ML.

Bequest team wanted to create a unique product and therefore we chose to collect olive fruit from privately owned olive groves of the GEORGARI’s family in Corinth from the famous variety “manaki”, exclusively from the age-old trees. The harvest is done by hand so as not to injure the fruit while the olive oil is done within 12 hours of harvest. Leaves and branches are removed from the fruit after washing with cold water. Then the following procedure is pressuring it in a hydraulic press without any heating or adding hot water and without the use of solvents. Following the first pressure the “extra virgin cold-pressed oil” is produced. During the process of bottling, nitrogen is added in the headspace of the glass bottle, so that the freshness of the olive and the organoleptic and chemical compounds of  oil remain unchanged.
