MILK CARAMEL SPREAD

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Milk Caramel Spread is the product obtained from a process of concentration and heat action of milk, with the addition of sugar, glucose and additives, up to 70% total solids. The milk is previously pasteurized and concentrated in an evaporator with the highest quality controls to ensure its safety and preservation of the characteristic nutritional properties of the product.

Milk, Sugar, Glucose, CONS: Potassium Sorbate (202), ACREG: Sodium bicarbonate (500ii), ARO: vainilla artificial essence.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS

Appearance: Uniform, without sensory perceivable crystals.

Color: Caramel brown.

Flavor and odor: Characteristic sweet, without odors or strange flavous.
