PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Milk modified standardized with vegetable oil and sugar is the product resulting from a process of spray drying fluid milk, which has been previously cleaned, standardized its fat content, vitamins A and D have been added, pasteurized, concentrated by spray vaporization and dehydrated using the best quality control methods to guarantee its food safety, and to maintain the nutritional properties which are characteristic to the product.

INGREDIENTS

Low Skim Milk, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Milk Solids, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3 and Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier).

ALLERGEN

It contains milk and soy derivatives.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS

Appearance: Uniform powder without crumbs. It contains neither macro-nor microscopically visible foreign substances. When it is diluted, it cannot be coagulated nor with suspended particles. (*)

Color: Yellowish white. (*)

Flavor and odor: pleasant, non rancid, characteristic to the composition of the product. Slightly sweet. (*)
