3L cube of extra virgin olive oil with ripe fruitiness - Portugal
The olives are picked reddish or even black during December. The result is a round, ripe fruitiness on the palate, with aromas of dried tomato, pecans and roasted cashews.
To combine without moderation in a dessert to replace butter for example. Also excellent for drizzling grilled fish.
