Product’s description
T-bone is the world’s best known type of steak. Its name comes from the T-shaped bone. Elements included in T-bone are striploin and tenderloin. As a result of marbling on the striploin – steak is tender and delicate.
Be aware: Tenderloin is a more delicate muscle than striploin and frying time is shorter, so it needs to be adjusted.
Portions: Slices 3-3,5cm thick.
