Thanks to its slight bitterness and its persistent flavour of fresh walnut and pine nut, the Franquette expresses a perfect taste balance. Franquette virgin walnut oil is used as a cold or hot seasoning, ideal with your salads, vegetables, gratins, veloutés, poke bowls, carpaccios, grilled meats, raw and cooked fish.
