Cayenne pineapple from Togo fair trade, dried in rings | Bag 2 kg

For 3 decades, we have been working for local development and the promotion of fair, respectful and responsible organic agriculture in West Africa. Our Togo fair trade channel was created to introduce its particularly tasty "Smooth Cayenne" Pineapple. This supply chain is composed of several associations of small farmers. The local drying facilities collect the pineapple, organize training sessions, and give back the development fund (paid thanks to your purchases) according to the farmers' needs. The pineapple is picked when it's perfectly ripe before being cut into nice slices that are separated from their hard and fibrous core. It is then dried at the lowest possible temperature to turn it into pure delight, preserving its benefits: flavored, sweet, slightly sour. Simply delicious!
