The olive groves of the Nikolopoulos domain are located in the Kalamata region, in Messinia, at an ideal altitude, on windy and sunny slopes, with a limestone subsoil. The fruits are harvested by hand and then taken directly to the ecological mill where the oil is delicately cold extracted. Only one variety, only one estate.
