Lemon verbena is traditionally used as a soothing and digestive herbal tea. It helps calm certain migraines and balances the nervous system. One cup can easily replace a good dessert, with its sweet, fruity flavor and a touch of lemon freshness. Native to Peru, it arrived in Europe at the end of the 18th century.


Quality: the plants are organic, French, hand-grown and naturally dried in the Cévennes. This artisanal process preserves the quality and benefits of the plants. Raw plants: no added aromas, preservatives or other chemicals; just the taste of the plants and their natural benefits.


To use: place an individual sachet in a cup, teapot or thermos flask with boiling water (90°c). Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
