Inner peace infusion ⸱ relieves painful periods

Paix intérieure is a blend of 3 plants that helps improve women's comfort during menstruation. It can also be taken for premenstrual syndromes to ease symptoms. In general, it helps balance the menstrual cycle.



- Yarrow helps regulate female hormonal balance. It is useful for long, irregular cycles and painful periods.



- Chamomile matricaria has soothing properties against painful menstrual spasms.



- Marigold is used to soothe the digestive system. It also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties.



Quality: the plants are organic, French, hand-grown and naturally dried in the Cévennes. This artisanal process preserves the quality and benefits of the plants. Raw plants: no added aromas, preservatives or other chemicals; just the taste of the plants and their natural benefits.



To use: place an individual sachet in a cup, teapot or thermos flask with boiling water (90°c). Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
