Légèreté florale is a blend of 3 plants to help slimming and weight loss as part of a balanced diet and appropriate physical activity.


- Fennel is particularly recommended for soothing spasms and inflammation of the digestive system.


- Meadowsweet is a natural drainer and helps combat cellulite.


- Heather is a plant traditionally used for its diuretic qualities and to facilitate the elimination of toxins.


Quality: the plants are organic, French, hand-grown and naturally dried in the Cévennes. This artisanal process preserves the quality and benefits of the plants. Raw plants: no added aromas, preservatives or other chemicals; just the taste of the plants and their natural benefits.


To use: place an individual sachet in a cup, teapot or thermos flask with boiling water (90°c). Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
