The giants

This particular selection, "le Giganti", has as its protagonists the olives "La Bella della Daunia D.O.P.", variety "Bella di Cerignola", both green and black. These are very tasty fleshy olives, characterized by a rustic flavor, a compact and juicy pulp, grown and harvested exclusively in the Cerignola area.

Green or black, these olives are also known as "Le Giganti" since they are the largest on the market. They are excellent to eat alone and are protagonists both in aperitifs and in the accompaniment of dishes based on cold cuts and cheeses.
