Our Sacred Must is an excellent condiment, with an unmistakable scent. We carefully select the best cooked grapes of the territory and mix it with top quality wine vinegar, giving the product its unique flavor.

This condiment enhances the flavors of food and can be combined with many types of food.

The balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI "Mosto Sacro" by Casa Rinaldi stands out for its intense black color and for its high density of 1.3. The texture makes it a particular product, as well as the fragrance, reminiscent of that of ripe fruits. When tasted you can perceive all its sweet taste, slightly sour but still velvety.
