Olive oil with white truffle, with natural aroma

The white truffle olive oil with natural aroma of Casa Rinaldi is obtained by combining a blend of European olives with the natural aroma of white truffle, all embellished with the flakes of the precious white truffle, tuber magnatum. This particular oil of ours represents a technical innovation in the market of flavored oils, thanks to the use of a natural aroma; this is enhanced in turn by the delicate olive oil that is the basis of the product.

The real protagonist of this condiment is the truffle, which releases all its flavor and aroma inside the olive oil. The slices of truffle also enrich the liquid aspect of the oil, characterized by an intense yellow color. An excellence also recognized by a jury of 100 professional operators on the occasion of the Cibus Awards in 2021.
