OSMANCİK RİCE

Osmancik Rice, which is intensively cultivated in the Thrace Region, is also grown in the Samsun Bafra region due to its wetlands. Osmancik rice grains are long, wide, glassy and matte in appearance. Osmancık rice, which is an ideal rice variety for cooking rice due to its easy consistency, is also a type of rice used in vegetable dishes, dolmas or making desserts such as rice pudding.
