Van der Horst Beef

Founded in 1963, Van der Horst Beef is a beef deboning plant in The Netherlands. We debone quality selected cows of European origin.
Our approval number is NL257.
We mainly debone O and R cows and make selection for different end markets. We select on quality, race (simmental), fat coverage and marbling.
We're deboning fore- and hindquarters and whole cows.
Upon entry every carcass is checked and selected according to our quality standard.

We're BRC certified and also debone according to Halal Quality System.
We also started deboning Young Beef (8-12 months).
