Based in Apulia region of Italy, our company has been growing olive trees since 1920. We opened our first oil mill in 1986 in the center of Andria.
Beginning of 2020 we decided to take the next step in our knowledge and craft: we opened a new generation oil mill with the most advanced TECHNOLOGY 4.0. Machines by ALFA LAVAL, Swiss company leaders in this sector.
Our farm is certified Organic since 2009, we have around 100 hectares of olive trees. We take care of our land and guarantee a high quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Coratina is the variety of Olive we have in our bottles. It has a yellow-green color, medium fruity smell and the presence of lots of polyphenols gives a fine taste of bitter and spicy .
Rich in polyphenols and fat-soluble vitamins.
The law requires extra virgin olive oil to never exceed 0.8 % acidity, with our newest technology and our Monovarietal CORATINA extra virgin olive oil has an acidity equal and inferior to 0.3 % .
