It is a 100% Arabica harvested in the mountains of Papua. It delivers us an attack in the mouth frank, slightly salty and almost acidulous. Our coffees are freshly roasted in Strasbourg in slow method and air-cooled, which guarantees you an optimal flavor when tasting.
