Frozen plums

Plums are very common fruit in Serbia, and thanks to good availability of this fruit Strela is producing both hand cut and machine cut plums.

Hand cut plums, both halves and quarters, are mainly used in bakery systems.

On the other side, machine cut plums are also partly going to bakery producers, as well to jam producers.

At the end, we can also offer whole plums with stone that is mostly going into direct jam production.
