Product’s description
Traditional sheep cheese from La Mancha region, aged for 5 months.
Firm, creamy, light colored, pressed paste cheese. The cheese is covered with a petal mix of five different flowers: rose, calendula, cornflower blue, jasmine and lavender.
Smooth, balanced and wild flowers scented cheese. The wild flowers are eatable, and provide a stimulating experience when tasted.
