Family company since 2002, specialist in Manchego AOP cheese but above all, specialist in infiltrated sheep's cheese. We have developed in recent years the technique of aging and infiltration and through this knowledge we now offer exclusive products such as infiltrated sheep's cheese: with truffles, with Tuscan pesto, Chilli Espellette, with olives, black garlic or chestnut cream.
We have also become specialists in coated cheeses such as: sheep's cheese ripened with flowers or even goat's cheese ripened with rosemary, among others.
Our company is present in 52 countries with a volume of 1800 tons in 2021. We are specialists in tomme, tomette but also cutting. Our flexibility is total.
