Rice Milk

Rice milk is processed from white raw rice as the main raw material. Rice is subjected to an enzymatic digestion process which will digest the starch present in rice to glucose. The produced glucose makes the final product sweet. Rice milk is treated with ingredients which will improve the physical quality and the shelf life as well as other ingredients which enhance the sensory attributes of the final product.
