Oat Milk

Oat milk is processed from rolled oats as the main raw material. Oats is subjected to an enzymatic digestion process which will digest the starch present in oats to glucose. The produced glucose makes the final product sweet. Oat milk is treated with ingredients which will improve the physical quality and the shelf life as well as other ingredients which enhance the sensory attributes of the final product.
