Its gentle bubbles are acquired due to a second bottle fermentation which also allows for the development of its refreshing and complex character. After aging for 13 months in our cellars a fine eau de vie de poires was used for the liqueur de dosage. Drink it as an alternative to Crémant or the best Winzersekt.
