QUESOS ROCINANTE

The Quesos Rocinante factory is located on the edge of the comarca of Campo de Calatrava, very close to two natural parks and along a route historically used by shepherds to move their herds.

Here, our master cheesemakers continue to use their generations of expertise and experience to keep the art of traditional cheesemaking alive to this day.
