Quesos Revilla is a Spanish cheese company that has been producing cheese since 1929. We offer the incomparable flavor of artisan cheeses thanks to a heritage of 3 generations of master cheesemakers but with today’s technology, quality control. Quesos Revilla, an IFS certified company has adapted to the latest technologies while keeping the traditional essence intact.

Over the years, our company has mastered the development of a selection of Spanish cheeses. Specialized in raw milk cheeses but also in pasteurized milk cheeses. We apply different types of milk and stages of maturity to obtain different and unique flavors, which will satisfy the most demanding palates.

We carefully make Spanish cheeses with the best quality, authenticity and unique flavor due to our heritage. Cheeses each year recognized internationally at the World Cheese Awards and International Cheese & Dairy Awards with winning prizes.

Specializing in sheep’s milk cheeses: DOP Zamorano cheese, I.G.P. Castellano cheese, mixed cheeses such as the IBERICO Special and goat cheese. We offer different packaging options to meet the different needs of our customers.
