Feudo Mondello is a Sicilian artisan pasta factory, build in the middle of our fields,  with a stone mills that produce wholemeal pasta of the highest qualityby trasforming the wheath grown around it.



The farm Feudo Mondello, of 270 hectars, is located in Sicily in the Belice valley, far from villages in the middle of no where. See "pastificio feudo mondello" in google map. There is no pollution here.



We use the most modern machinery to produce our pasta following the the canons of the ancient manufacturing process: Stone grinnding, bronze dies, slow drying in static cells at maximum 38° ensure the aroma, the flavour and the color of Sicilian wheat to the pasta.



The use of particularly coarse of semolina makes our pasta "naturally rough" to better hold the condiments and this poduction process create the wholemeal pasta with excellent cooking resistance that bring us to genuiness of the pasta of the past.
