The Blend Sélection cuvée is a balanced extra virgin olive oil with character. Presenting an interesting contrast between ripe notes and green notes, it has a harmonious olfactory profile and a complex taste profile. There is a variety of aromas ranging from notes of banana and ripe apples to notes of green almond, olive leaf and delicate notes of mint. It is a fiery oil offering a slight bitterness.


This diversity of aromas combines with balance and gives its uniqueness to our extra virgin olive oil.
