Panacea is a young French startup company created at the end of 2021. At Panacea, we're reinventing the gourmet food market. Our vision is to reimagine traditional products by adding a touch of modernity and creativity to make them innovative and original must-haves that are even more gourmet and better for our health. Established since end of 2021 in France, in the middle of an organic-committed region, we work every day to make this ambitious vision, a reality accessible everywhere and to everyone.

Panacea is also the home of the Honey Soufflé® - an innovation registered and protected under intellectual property law.
Our first product - the Honey Soufflé® - is an original creation presented for the first time at the 2023 edition of the Gourmet Sélection trade show.

Our Honey Soufflé® x Organic Superfoods range targets both discerning gourmets looking for innovative products, and sports enthusiasts paying particular attention to their nutrition. They can be found in delicatessens, concept stores and supermarkets in France and internationally.

The new "inspiration des chefs" range of condiments is aimed at both catering professionals and those who want to rediscover foodie and healthy cooking at home. A range designed by and for chefs, to be found on the finest tables.
