Organic Pineapple and Rhum Jam

Organic Pineapple and Rhum Jam : this is  a "virtuous" jam resulting from a meaningful collaboration! In partnership with Ti'Bio les Arrangés de Célérine an artisan rhum maker, we have created two recipes of artisanal organic jams: a Pineapple and Rhum Jam and a mango and Rhum Jam, both jams made with 20% of the fruit from the arranged rums that were waiting to be recycled and 80% of unmacerated fruit. The balance between the flavours and textures - more or less melting pieces - is refined, exquisite...  Refreshing and sweet, this jam is rich in pineapple chunks: their exotic flavour is meticulously blended with the warmth of lightly vanilla-flavoured rum. A tropical and comforting sweetness like the island sun !
