MUROISE ET COMPAGNIE

Muroise et Compagnie is a 100% female artisan jam factory : authentic know-how and the true taste of "home-made" are the credo of our small company. More than 40 flavours of jam: classic, gourmet, original, ephemeral ranges (Christmas, Helljam the Hellfest jam!) and chutneys. We use 100% natural ingredients such as brown cane sugar (organic and fair trade for organic recipes) and only the finest quality and varieties of fruit. The fruit itself is processed by hand (zesting, pitting, peeling) and each pot is filled by hand (this guarantees the presence of generous pieces of fruits, even whole). So many pledges of quality and seriousness which make Muroise et Compagnie one of the last craftswomen guarantors of our grandmother’s know-how !

The jam collection is available in 220g and 350g jars and we offer a range of 950g jars for the hotel trade. 45g jars are available too.

We also offer a collection of 100% organic fruit purees with no added sugar and a range of delicious spreads made in collaboration with master chocolatier Vincent Guerlais.
