Founded around 1560 by Hélie de FRATEAU, a small local lord, the Moulin de la Veyssière has preserved all its authenticity. Last water mill of the Vern valley, we are specialized in the artisanal manufacture of walnut and hazelnut oil.

Belonging to the ELIAS family since 1857, the Moulin de la Veyssière has successively been used for the production of flour, bread and walnut and hazelnut oil.
