Product’s description

Obtained from the milling and sieving of the best domestic and foreign durum wheat, this amber-colored semolina is the queen of dry pasta production, and can be used pure or as a cutter for fresh pasta, worked by hand or using mechanical equipment. 

 

Used as a cutter, it gives pasta a special roughness and greater cooking resistance, thanks to its protein content, for pasta that's always "al dente".
