Molino di Ferro's products are born out of respect for the traditional method of processing in the historic family mill and the painstaking search for the best ingredients, processed within a short and sustainable supply chain.

Our story stems from an old stone mill on the banks of the Brentelle, nestled in the green Veneto countryside, in which Giuseppe Marconato, the first of the brothers, produced a very fine and delicious flour, selecting the best corn in the area. His son Luigi decided to put that precious experience to good use, handing down that legacy of knowledge in the production care, in the selection of the finest corn, in the delicate milling operations and, before that, in the scrupulous control of the various stages of hulling of the raw material that arrives from a supply chain subjected to strict quality controls.

These are all attentions that we still strive to preserve in the creation of recipes that manage to enhance the raw materials and their traditional processing: polenta, pasta, cookies and bread substitutes.
