The basic form of business is the production of famous Livno cheese, which is a type of full-fat hard cheese made of cow’s milk. The production of this high-quality cheese began in the 19th century. The cheese is produced in a traditional manner, it matures in controlled conditions for an average of 100 days. The taste is distinctive and pleasant, a bit piquant with the traces of walnut. Besides Livno cheese, the company also produces other types of cheese such as Trapist, Gouda, Goat cheese, etc. Current production is 1.000.000 kg per year with the possibility of increasing to 2.000.000 kg per year. Half of the current production is a the production under private label for established clients in EU and US. For all its products, the company possesses all the relevant certificates such as IFS, ISO 90001:2015, HACCP, and HALAL.
