Product’s description

Gluten-free flour obtained from 100% Italian pulses (chickpeas, red lentils, green peas), to be used either as they are or in a mixture with traditional flours, for this reason extremely versatile. Cooking under pressure at low temperatures, in addition to preserving the bright color of the legumes and keeping their nutritional values unaltered, allows for a shorter cooking time compared to traditional flours and greater elasticity, therefore easier to work. Flour also has a high capacity of water absorption. Available in different formats depending on the target channel: Big bags/20kg bags/bulk for the Food industry; 1kg packaging for the Food Service channel.
