Everything is made by my own hands. The fragrances change according to my desires.

I select my dried fruits directly from local producers. I roast, caramelize, grind, and conche my praline. The ganaches are fragrant and creamy with very few preservatives.

Our packaging is 100% French and eco-friendly, with a commitment to quality through CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). I also fight against waste and offer alternatives for surplus and short-dated products.

I ship throughout France using Chronofresh or Chronosec depending on the season.

With a manufacturing laboratory in Neudorf, Strasbourg, I do not have a storefront.
