Polyphemus

 

 

 

 

Red Dry Wine

A blend of the Mavra, Cabernet Franc, Lefkada, Shiraz and Mourverde varieties from vineyards in the Lemesos region, matures at an altitude of 700 meters. Intense deep red colour with ruby highlights. A refined and well composed balance af aromas from the various varieties used, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Accompanies traditional Cypriot meze, meat dishes with tomato sauces, pasta and mature cheeses. Allow time to breathe for maximum enjoyment of aromas, served best at 16-18°C.



White Dry Wine

A unique, epic trilogy of Assyrtiko, Sauvignon Blanc and indigenous Xynisteri varieties that reveals an unprecedentedly pleasant wine. With rich aromas of exotic fruits but also of Mediterranean citrus that will delight white wine lovers. A golden, bright green colour with a fresh taste and full aftertaste that justifies the choices of our oenologists. Accompanies green salads, grilled vegetables, fish and seafood with light sauces and aromatic herbs. Also fresh white cheeses, such as halloumi and French Chevre. Morfes

 

 

 

 

Presenting Morfes, a Cypriot range of wines, made from local varieties and illustrated with indigenous animals of the island.



Maratheftiko

From selected Maratheftiko vineyards of the Panagia region, grown at an altitude of 950 meters. Bright and deep red in colour. The nose unfolds with aromas of raspberry, forest fruits and hints of pepper. Accompanies barbecued meats, pastas with red sauces, cheeses and spicy sausages. Served best at 16-18°C. During the summer months, keep refrigerated in order to chill before serving.



Xinisteri

From selected Xinisteri vineyards of the Paphos region, grown at an altitude of 900 meters. A sharp acidity that heightens the rich and full flavor leaving a pleasant and long lasting after taste. Accompanies salads, shellfish, seafood, pasta, sushi, sashimi and poultry. Served best at 8-10°C.



Lefkada Rose

A blend of 85% Lefkada and 15% Grenache grapes from vineyards of the Polemi region in Paphos, grown at an altitude of 750 meters. Dizzying aromas of ripe cherry, strawberry and rose petals with a full and complicated palate. Accompanies fish, pastas, traditional Mediterranean dishes, light cheese and fruits. Served best at 14°C.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Evambelos Gi

 

 

 

 

Chardonnay

From selected vineyards of the Paphos region, at an altitude of 600 meters, our Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks using techniques of pre-fermentation cold extraction and batonnage. With a rich body and balanced acidity, aromas of green apple and ripe pear with hints of citrus and fresh aromatic herbs, it offers a cool peppery taste. Accompanies seafood and fatty fish, sashimi, sushi, poultry, pasta, risotto and green salads. Served best at 10-12°C.



Maratheftiko

From selected vineyards in the mountainous region of Vouni-Panagi, the Maratheftiko is matured for 6 months in French oak barrels before being aged in the bottle for a further 9 months. A full bodied wine, with balanced acidity, soft tannins and rich bouquet that combines the aroma of ripe red fruits, balanced with the sweet scents of vanilla and cocoa. Perfect companion to cheeses, game and red meats. Served best at 16-18°C.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Palomino

 

 

 

 

One of the most famous wines of Cyprus, Palomino is characterized by its fruity aroma and light, delicate and pleasant taste. Palomino is a refined white wine that can be enjoyed alone or as an accompaniment to wine meats, pasta and fish dishes, as well as fruits and salads.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Muscat

 

 

 

 

750ml Liqueur Wine. Protected Geographical Indication of Paphos. Muscat of Alexandria. Fully matured grapes from special vineyards. The wine is fermented and gradually fortified to achieve 15% alcohol content.

Best Served chilled between 12-14°C, as a dessert wine or aperitif.
