Parma ham P.D.O. "Centenario"

Crafted in order to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Leoncini Group. This ham bears a numbered label and a specific box.

Seasoned for at least 20 months; it’s produced according to the Consortium disciplinary. The pork thighs are from selected breeding farms, located in the Italian P.D.O. area. Every pork thigh is selected in advance and checked beforehand. The salt percentage and humidity of the ham are lower than the average. Available with or without bone “addobbo” style. Available with or without aesthetic suet.
