Roasted almond biscuits

We roast the almonds ourselves to give these shortbread biscuits their authentic toasted flavour. We grind the Roussillon almonds ourselves so that the shortbread melts in the mouth but also contains nuggets to add a little crunch! Simple ingredients, 100% French origin and naturally rich in flavour.
