Le Comptoir de Messénie
Fleur de sel harvested by hand 150g
Product’s description
This fleur de sel is made by hand in Mani, a peninsula in southern Greece between the Gulf of Messinia and Laconia.
After harvesting from the rocks cradled by the Mediterranean Sea, the salt is dried for a few days. This extra pure salt therefore does not undergo any transformation and retains its richness in magnesium, potassium and micronutrients.
This fleur de sel is an ideal condiment to bring the sea and the Greek sun to your plates.
