L'ARMOIRE A CONSERVES

Welcome in « L’ Armoire à Conserves », the small cannery of the great gourmets!
In the purest tradition of Landes, Basque or Gasconne cooking, our artisanal cannery propose you regional’s products of South west of France, canneries of quality made with excellent locals products.
In our “Armoire à Conserves”, no frozen cooked, no rehydrated products. Our artisanal canned are guaranteed without additives, conservatives, colorants or slug enhancer.
We receive fresh products and give favor for small circuits by chosen agricultural raw materials with locals producers, delicious small vegetables (tomatoes, green bean, white bean, peas…), good meats (pork, duck…), excellent fish from St Jean de Luz’s port or Adour (squids, white tune, lamprey….).
All our canned are prepared and cooked by us, in our 600m2 workshop with CEE norms and HACCP, by our team of four cookers.
