L'Arcolaio Società Cooperativa Sociale

L’Arcolaio promotes the social and working integration of prisoners and other disadvantaged people producing organic and gluten-free delicacies. We use high-quality ingredients from local agriculture and fair trade networks, giving priority to short and ethical supply chains. Our facilities are located in the Prison of Siracusa, Sicily, and on uncontaminated lands in the South-East of Sicily. Our products are distributed in Italy and abroad under the brand «Dolci Evasioni» (sweet escapes).
