Langnese Nordic Treasure Honey

This exquisite honey delicacy is primarily collected in selected areas of Northern Germany, Scandinavia, Ireland and Scotland. These areas are famous for their pure unaffected nature and overwhelming landscape.

Nordic Treasure – Finest Heather honey, reddish-brown in colour with a gel-like consistency tastes intense and harsh, malty and caramellike. The low availability makes it a precious rarity. The heather plants are used as medicinal plant since middle ages in Europe.

Some call it Nordic Manuka – not only being rich in antioxidant-, antibacterial- and also anti-inflammantory activities positive stimulating biological processes within human organism as other honeys, but also due to higher level of polyphenolic compounds.
