The five is the number that Vincent wore during the competition, until obtaining the magnificent title of 1st Best Worker of France Roaster in 2018. This figure is the symbol of his family, welded around this fabulous adventure.
And as a final wink, the five is also the number carried by Vincent’s mentor, in the same adventure in 2004, the starred chef Romuald Fassenet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
